negg Group is looking for an HR Recruiter to join our Team based in Rome. 

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be focused on Recruiting and support in People Operations/ Administration activities.  

The ideal candidate is proactive and open-minded, with a result-oriented attitude and highly motivated to contribute to the growth and to grow with the Company. 


Management of the end-to-end recruiting process, including: 

  • To draft Job description along with the Department Manager (IT, Finance, Legal etc) and HR Manager; 

  • To screen CVs: identify and select candidates via different channels (head hunting strategy, posting job vacancies on Linkedin and negg website); 

  • To conduct first structured telephone interviews with the aim of investigating on the candidate's know-how, technical/transversal skills and driver to change; 

  • To set up Interviews/selection steps; 

  • To prepare support material for interviews in collaboration with HR Manager and Legal DPT; 

  • To collect feedback and collaborate with HR Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. 

  • To develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 

  • To support in onboarding activities for new Joiners and offboarding procedures (entrance/exit docs);  

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Economics and/or Humanities or similar. 


  • 3+ years of experience in the role of IT/Technical Recruiter or IT Head Hunter in corporate/consulting contexts; 

  • Existing IT/Technical Candidates network; 

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and in speaking; 

  • Able to work autonomously but willing to learn from others everyday; 

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail; 

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; 

  • Excellent Problem-solving skills; 

  • Proactive nature and goal-oriented approach; 

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism; 

  • Good knowledge of Office; 

HQ: Rome (centre) + 50% remote working
