As a leading company in cyber intelligence for the defense and government sectors, negg® Group is looking for a Systems Administrator. 

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics: 

Hard skills: 

  • Good knowledge of Linux and Windows (especially Linux) 

  • Solid understanding of networking (firewall rules, VLANs, routing, radius, ipsec, etc.) 

  • Knowledge of LDAP and DNS rules 

  • Familiarity with IPsec and OpenVPN 

  • GitLab and CI/CD 

  • GlusterFS (configuration and implementation) 

  • AWS (primarily EC2) 

  • Proxmox (cluster, Ceph, Firewall, PBS) 

  • Docker (Portainer, Swarm, overlay network) 

  • Reverse Proxy 

  • Monitoring and logging systems (Nagios, Zabbix, Kuma, Grafana, OpenSearch) 

  • Familiarity with Cisco, PfSense, Zyxel, WatchGuard, Fortinet devices 

  • Good knowledge of DevOps practices 

  • Knowledge of server installation 

  • RAID configuration 

  • OS installation 

 Soft skills: 

  • A willingness to study new technologies 

  • Eager to take initiative and embrace new challenges 

  • Teamwork skills 

Location: Rome (center) or Reggio Calabria + Smart Working
